In my Evaluations of Learning and Performance class, I worked on a case study for Wayne State University’s Graduate Student Recruitment and Retention Program Initiative. As part of this project, I created a logic model and final report.
The logic model was a critical part of the project, as it allowed me to articulate the program’s goals, activities, outputs, and outcomes. By breaking down each element of the program, I was able to develop a clear understanding of how the program worked and identify potential areas for improvement.
Based on the logic model, I created a final report that comprehensively evaluated the program’s effectiveness.
